This policy applies to the website of ESP School — Fernanda Aguilar, English for Specific Purposes (“ESP School”, “we”, “us”). 2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary, always for a clear purpose:

3. Why we use your data and our legal bases

We process your data under the following legal bases provided by the LGPD:

• Performance of a contract and preliminary procedures (Article 7, V) — to respond to your interview request, deliver the book, issue the tax invoice and provide support.
• Compliance with a legal obligation (Article 7, II) — to issue tax documents.
• Consent (Article 7, I) — to send marketing communications and use non-essential cookies. You provide this consent separately and may withdraw it at any time.

4. Marketing: only with your permission

We send news and content by email only if you select the consent option in our forms. This consent is optional — it is not a condition for booking an interview, purchasing the book or activating Ella. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may request removal at any time through our contact channels.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is essential to provide the product or service you have contracted:

• Payment provider — to process purchases and subscriptions securely.
• Carrier / Correios — to deliver the book to your address.
• Ella practice platform — to activate and operate your subscription.
• Email and communication tools — to provide support and, when authorized, send content.

Each partner receives only the data necessary to perform its function and must process it in accordance with the LGPD.

6. Cookies

Cookies are small files that the website stores in your browser. We use two categories:

• Essential cookies — required for the website to work and to remember your choices (such as your cookie preference). They are always active.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand, in aggregate, how the website is used so that we can improve it. They are activated only with your consent, given through the cookie notice.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our processes or in the law. The “last updated” date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes will be communicated on the website.
